- During the warranty period, in the event of a warranty claim, the Buyer shall send the non-working or defective products first within the warrantied timeframe, with a brief record of the issue.
-When the Buyer sends the non-working or defective products to the Seller, all relating cost (delivery charge and outbound customs duty tax) is the responsibility of the Buyer.
After the Seller receives the non-working or defective products, the Seller shall repair or replace the related products.
-When the Seller sends the new products to the Buyer, all relating costs (delivery charge and outbound customs duty tax) is the responsibility of the Seller
- After the warranty period, the process of the warranty service is still the same as what is mentioned above
However, all the relating cost (from and to Seller / delivery charge and customs duty tax / Repair fee) is the responsibility of the Buyer, or Buyer’s customer(s).
