  1. During the warranty period, in the event of a warranty claim, the Buyer shall send the non-working or defective products first within the warrantied timeframe, with a brief record of the issue.


-When the Buyer sends the non-working or defective products to the Seller, all relating cost (delivery charge and outbound customs duty tax) is the responsibility of the Buyer.

After the Seller receives the non-working or defective products, the Seller shall repair or replace the related products.

-When the Seller sends the new products to the Buyer, all relating costs (delivery charge and outbound customs duty tax) is the responsibility of the Seller

 

  1. After the warranty period, the process of the warranty service is still the same as what is mentioned above


However, all the relating cost (from and to Seller / delivery charge and customs duty tax / Repair fee) is the responsibility of the Buyer, or Buyer’s customer(s).
